Border Bill: Pay resident tuition rates

The State of Washington's Border Bill allows Oregon residents who live in specified counties, or those who have recently moved to Washington from those same counties, to attend part-time (8 credits or less per semester) and pay resident tuition rates for WSU Vancouver courses.

If you're from outside Washington state and have top grades and test scores, you can get a dramatically reduced tuition rate at Washington State University.
