If you're from outside Washington state and have top grades and test scores, you can get a dramatically reduced tuition rate at Washington State University.
The Vancouver Nonresident Academic Achievement Award is Washington State University Vancouver's way of recognizing incoming freshmen and transfer students with exceptional academic ability. This award will reduce your annual tuition significantly.
