Protocol for requesting computer classrooms
Depending on the situation, these rooms are reserved through the Registrar’s Office or through the Events Office.
Academic courses that meet in a computer classroom will be scheduled by the Registrar’s Office. Computer classroom requests are submitted by the department scheduler during the academic scheduling process. Requests received by term scheduling deadlines will have priority. The Registrar’s Office will not accept requests from individual faculty. The standard schedule template must be used for classes that meet in computer classrooms.
One-time requests for computer classrooms (e.g., one-time class lab, training session, presentation, meeting, etc.) will be handled by the campus Events Office. Request space on the Events Office website.
