Important: All transcripts ordered using this system are mailed from the Pullman campus or held at the Registrar's Office in Pullman for pick up. Order a transcript online. (Note: this website also allows students to view or print an unofficial WSU transcript for personal use.)

• Transcript requests must be signed and include payment.
• Transcripts cannot be ordered via telephone.

Notes:

• All WSU coursework is recorded on a single transcript.
• No transcript orders will be accepted by telephone request.
