All WSU Vancouver students are charged an additional mandatory technology fee of $20 per semester. Tuition rates are the same for both degree-seeking and non-degree-seeking students.
WSU does not mail billing statements
Tuition is due on the first day of the term. Be sure to check the Academic Calendar for important upcoming dates and deadlines. Late fees will be applied to unpaid tuition balances as listed on the Academic Calendar.

Fees are based on credit hour enrollments: 1 – 9 credits are charged part-time fees; 10 – 18 credits are charged full-time fees; 19 credits and above are charged full-time fees plus an additional charge per credit hour for each credit over 18. The credit hours listed are for fee purposes only. Full-time undergraduate enrollment is typically 12 credit hours.

Border Bill
The State of Washington's "Border Bill" allows Oregon residents who live in specified counties, or those who have recently moved to Washington from those same counties, to attend part-time (8 credits or less per semester) and pay resident tuition rates for WSU Vancouver courses.
