Looking for a great Roommate! Starting in August!

Hey there!

My name is Sam and I am a 20 (21 in July) female student at WSU-V, I also work part time. I have a house in Vancouver up the hill from Clark College (about 18-20min drive to wsu-v). I will have one open furnished room in my house starting in August the perfect time for fall semester! 3bed. 2bath house. Nice backyard with covered patio. The room open is the biggest of the 3 rooms, hardwood floors, bed, dresser, night stand, desk, tv and stand inculded! I will have one other roomie at that time a 22 year old (23 in august) male who works full time and goes to school. I am really hoping to find a female roomie! Even though my male roommate is awesome I miss having another girl in the house! I love staying active, having a blast and hiking!

Rent is $400 per month which includes utilites. And a $150 refundable damage deposit. I look hope to hear from you!
