looking for responsible, respectful, and clean roommate(s). We are a couple, both full time students in the area and work full time. We have a townhome in the Orchards area of Vancouver - off of I-205 and 500. We are asking for $475 rent plus $50 for all of the utilities and internet. We are also looking for a $200 refundable deposit as long as there are no damages to the room/bathroom/apartment. The complex we live in is pet friendly (no weight limit - just no pitbulls) and we will allow one pet. We have a dog that is kennel trained and stays in our room. Looking for roommate to rent extra bedroom, right by WSUV

Beautiful 1600sq ft house  in Salmon Creek, right off of 99th and 134th. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a good sized front yard and back yard. My wife and I will be in the master bedroom, we have a friend renting one of the rooms, just looking to rent the 3rd! Shared bathroom with one other person, plus your run of the house. As there will be 3 small dogs in the house already (a westie and 2 corgis) we are looking for someone without pets. Rent is $350/ a month plus your share of the utilities.

Clean and responsible people only. My wife and I both work early mornings, so we are not looking to be in a "party house."

Beautifully restored house in historic Hough neighborhood with easy access to I5 and hwy 14 and walking distance to shopping/food on main st. It has three large bedrooms and two full baths. I would like to rent out one room and have the third room as a study/spare/craft/workout room to share. You would have your own private bath with plenty of storage. I'm a 29 year old female who is professional, clean, mature and respectful. I'm a full time student graduating this may and applying for grad schools and work as a server on the weekends. I'm looking for a roommate who is clean and most importantly respectful of the house and myself. I don't have any parties but I do like to have the occasional glass of wine or pint of delicious beer. I have two very well behaved cats that spend most their time in my room. I'm very meticulous about cleaning the litter box and any pet hair. Looking for roommate - open to 1 dog and/or couple

Hello. We are a couple living in a townhome in the Orchards area of Vancouver - off of 500 and 205. We have a one bedroom with private attatched bathroom available to rent March 1st. We will allow one behaved and house trained dog as long as he/she gets along with our dog. We are also open to renting to couples. We are asking for $585 per month and that includes half of the rent, utilities and internet. We are asking for a refundable $250 deposit. We have a washer and dryer in home that will be available for use. The complex that we live in has plenty of parking space.

We are desperately seeking a roommate/roommates that respect common areas - please don't think we are looking for the clean freak because we don't live that lifestyle either - but someone who at least puts their dirty dishes in the washer and takes out the trash from time to time is good. Obviously someone who is mature - responsible when it comes to paying bills on time is also attractive.

We are also both full time students and have jobs and would appreciate someone who doesn't party or do drugs or have random people over all of the time.
