Upscale, Private, and Safe Living in Vancouver
I am a 29-year-old WSU professional graduate looking to find someone to share this home with. Why live settle for a 800 sq. ft. apartment for the same price? Have the luxury, peace of mind, and comfort of open spaces and a home to call your own!
The home is 3,500 sq. feet with 5 large bedrooms generous to fit a queen size bed and a desk in each, 3 full baths, 3-car garage, and street parking available. Kitchen features extensive Brazilian cherry flooring and high end Frigidaire appliances. The pictures can speak for themselves. Rooms are currently unfurnished, but can be made furnished depending on your situation. Rooms start at $649/mo, but I may consider $700/mo including utilities (water, sewer, high speed cable internet, wi-fi, electricity) to reduce headache and added work.
Located in the upscale area of Northwood Park, this home offers a quiet, safe, and comfortable lifestyle yet minutes away from shopping, WSU Vancouver, happy hour, and airport.
What I'm looking for: Someone who can share the home and responsible enough to have a sense of ownership. Your room is your domain, but be respectful to all common areas, which we all will share. I prefer to share with young professionals with a similar background as myself but I also prefer undergrads (from WSU is a plus) and singles out there that are able to fit the bill. Must be clean and have good hygiene, open-minded, and have good interpersonal skills to work out problems. I work with medicine and drugs all day at work; therefore, I do not want to deal with any of it at home. I do however, love most types of beer and will always have a bottle of Goose or Belvedere ready for company.
During my spare time, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, and happy hour with close friends. I am very motivated and ambitious about my job and career, and am always optimistic regardless the circumstances. I am always searching for the next adventure and meet new people.
If you're interested, please send me an e-mail along with your resume to the e-mail listed above. I will not respond to messages without a resume due to scam and false interest. Also, no pets at this time as I have a friend who has an allergy to pet dander/fur and I do not want to aggravate his allergies. More pictures of the home can be available upon request. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Female student looking for another female roommate. Pets are OK
Hi, my name is Amanda and I'm looking for a roommate! I'm a junior at WSUV and was originally majoring in Biology, but am now thinking about changing to Anthropology. I'm planning on taking a break through fall semester (and returning in the spring), but would like to move into my own place in September if possible. My rent budget is between $400 and $500 for my share and I would like live in a house or duplex if we can find an available one.
I don't have a place in mind yet, but I've been adamantly searching and wouldn't want to miss an opportunity if I didn't have a ready roommate. I would prefer to live with another female WSUV student with hopes of becoming friends. I will be searching for a place that allows pets (hopefully with a yard) and would be fine with my roommate having a pet of their own. Since I already have a dog, keep in mind that most places won't allow more than two pets. Anyway my dog is great with other animals (cats included) and so am I!
Lastly, I'd really like to live near downtown Vancouver. I know homes down there go pretty fast, but I currently live close by and just really like the atmosphere of downtown. I also work downtown and at Jatzen Beach as well. However, if we find the right place I would be willing to live farther up North and closer to WSUV. But I definitely don't want to move over to East Vancouver!
If our interests align just email me and we'll work stuff out from there! Thanks

WSUV Student Looking for Roommate/s
My name is Brad and I'm a 23 year old junior majoring in neuroscience at WSUV! I currently live way out in Beaverton, OR and I'm definitely not looking forward to making that commute every day. I'm a pretty laid back person and I'm easy to get along with. That said, I don't do drugs or smoke and for the most part, I'm not a big house party kind of person (but a couple people over is always cool with me). In my free time I like to play guitar (it's electric and I have headphones so don't worry), watch Netflix, hang out and just unwind/relax. So if you're looking for a more relaxed and quiet roommate, I'm your guy!
With the semester starting soon, I'm starting to scramble for a more affordable living arrangement closer to campus. If you're in a similar situation or if you're looking to fill an open room in an apartment/house, shoot me a text or an email and I'll get back to you as quickly as I can!
