Week of Welcome
August 25 – 29, 2014
We can’t wait for you to get here!
WSU Vancouver’s Week of Welcome serves to answer your questions and get you off to a smooth start to a great semester.
We can help!
Look for anyone wearing a bright blue Week of Welcome T-shirt or a crimson “Ask Me” badge.
These members of our campus community have volunteered to answer your questions. From parking permits to adding a class or finding your way around campus, these people will point you in the right direction.
You can also drop by the “Ask Me” table Monday – Friday, in front of the library.
The table will be staffed by student leaders who can answer almost any university-related question. You can pick up a campus map too!
Looking for events and activities?
Check the electronic reader board on the north side of the Firstenburg Student Commons. You can also check the online events calendar available on the WSU Vancouver home page, check OrgSync, pick up the latest copy of the VanCougar, check out the campus bulletin boards, watch for A-frame signs posted around campus, or stop by the Office of Student Involvement. You might also check out the Recreation Office for discounted rentals, trips and events.
Feel free to call!
The Cougar Center can be reached at 360-546-9559 and via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
