Post jobs and internships on Handshake

Handshake provides employers with the opportunity to advertise internships, part-time jobs and career opportunities to WSU Vancouver students and alumni free of charge.

Join our employer network by creating a Handshake account and requesting to be able to post positions for WSU students and alumni to view.

Recruit on campus at the Career and Internship Fair

Each year the Career Action Center hosts a Career and Internship Fair that brings employers to campus to connect with WSU Vancouver students and alumni. This event is an ideal opportunity for employers to connect with students and alumni to start the hiring process before graduation.

Student and Alumni Job Fair – 2 - 4 p.m. June 13

Career Treks

One way to connect with students is to host a career trek at your work location. We schedule several treks a year for students to visit industry partners, to learn about their work and culture, to explore internship and career opportunities, and to support students in building their professional network. If a virtual trek would be preferable to an in person visit, we are open to that as well. Contact the Career Action Center at van.career@wsu.edu if you are interested.

Pizza and Professionals

We are looking for professionals from a variety of industries to visit campus and talk with students about their organization, their career journey, the value of networking, resume tips, professionalism, etc. We provide the pizza, you provide the valuable industry and career insight.
