Requests must be submitted at least two weeks before class due date to allow our staff adequate time to complete request.
Links to videos must be publicly accessible, such as YouTube. (Our staff do not have access to Blackboard.)

Access Center Testing Classroom:
Classroom Building, Room 160A (located in the Student Wellness Center)
9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday

Access Equipment check out/drop off:
Classroom Building, Room 110
9 a.m. – 10 a.m. Monday – Tuesday
1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Wednesday
