Develop skills and build a community that will help you thrive—while celebrating who you are and where you come from.
The T.H.R.I.V.E. Retreat Program is a free, five-day experience for incoming first-year students. You’ll make friends, build confidence, explore your identity, and prepare for college life in a supportive, welcoming community.
Together, we’ll center themes of truth, history, resilience, intersecting identities, voice, and engagement—guiding principles that shape our shared learning and leadership journey.
