Location and hours
The Cougar Center is located in the upper level of the Student Services Center.
Due to the current COVID-19 guidelines, the Student Services Center will remain closed to the public until further notice. Phones will be answered remotely, and phone messages will be returned within 24 hours.

Cashier and student accounts
Student account payments such as tuition, course fees, library fines and reinstatement can be made in person at the cashier's desk with cash or check. You can also pay online with an electronic check at no cost. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee.
For all other payments, such as transcripts, Cougar Cash and C-Tran bus passes, we accept cash, check, VISA and MasterCard.
Short-term loans (basically an advance of pending financial aid) up to $1,000 while waiting for financial aid to disburse. Short term loans are available on the first day of the term for students whose financial aid is delayed. If you are interested in a short term loan please stop by and request an application form.
Purchase your BackPASS
WSU Vancouver students, staff and faculty are eligible for the C-TRAN BackPASS, allowing unlimited access to C-TRAN local and limited bus service. Learn about C-TRAN service to campus.
Summer 2020 C-TRAN Hop Passes—Contact the Cougar Center at firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase your summer C-TRAN Hop Pass.
Passes cost $124 and are valid May 11 – Aug. 8, 2020.
Get your CougarCard
To order your CougarCard, first upload a passport-style photo of yourself along with a picture of a current photo ID for verification.
Your CougarCard will be printed and available for pickup at the Cougar Center at the start of the semester.

Cougar Food Pantry
It can be hard to make ends meet when you're paying for college and living on a tight budget. The Cougar Food Pantry provides non-perishable items to WSU Vancouver students in need.
