Looking for a roommate!

Hey there! I'm Josiah Cowin -- a math major at WSUV. I'm looking for a roommate to move into my apartment at Block 88 Townhomes. The total sum of the bills is approx. $750/mo. per person. My current roommate has been given an opportunity that requires him to move out at the end of this month, so this offer is open for someone to move in as soon as they want! I'm looking for someone that is around my age (21) and has experience with big dogs, since I have a large, 3 year old husky/malamute mix. I'm sociable and well versed in many hobbies, so reach out and I'm sure we'll get along!

Looking for roommate!

I am looking for a a female roommate that is in their early to mid 20s. I am living in a two bedroom condo located in Hazel Dell. The condo has been recently remodeled. That includes both bedrooms, bathroom, shower, kitchen, living room, and appliances. The condo is fully furnished expect for the spare bedroom (that will be the bedroom I am renting out). There is also a washer and dryer in the condo. The condo has a two pet limit but I have two cats so the limit is already met. There is one parking spot for the condo as well as several guests spots located in the parking lot of the condo, there is also street parking that is right next to the parking lot. There is always a good amount of spots on the street so there should be no worries about the parking situation. The neighborhood is very quiet and tucked back so no mischief ever gets to the condo. Located right off of I-5 so freeway access is about a 3 minute drive.
If you have any questions or are interested in renting out the spare bedroom please feel free to reach out to me!
thank you
