Free tutoring for students
Whether you're looking for help with a math or science course or want to study alongside fellow students, the MSSC is here to support you. Stop by for one-on-one tutoring or join a small group session. No appointment needed.
The MSSC offers:
- One-on-one help with homework
- Help with questions as needed
- A place to connect with peers in your classes
- Space to study for exams or practice problems
- Help with lecture and lab materials
How to prepare: Bring your textbooks, laptop, notes, and any materials related to your coursework to make the most of your visit.
Tutors are available in subjects including math, statistics, biology, chemistry, and physics.

Become an MSSC tutor
Interested in tutoring? Tutors must have earned at least an A- in the subject and are selected through an interview process that assesses communication, problem-solving, and tutoring skills.
