Grade submission tutorial for faculty

How to navigate to the Grade Roster:

  1. Log into your myWSU account
  2. Select "Faculty Homepage" from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
  3. Select "Faculty Center."
  4. Select “My Schedule.”

TA's and others can find the "Faculty Center" by navigating to "Main Menu," selecting "Self Service" and selecting "Faculty Center."

How to enter grades:

  1. Select the "Grade Roster" icon before the class you wish to grade.
  2. Enter all grades for all students listed on the grade roster.
  3. Change the approval status to "APPROVED."
    • You cannot change the approval status until all grades have been entered. This includes classes taught by multiple instructors.
  4. Select "SAVE."

If you do not have grades to enter for all students, leave the approval status as "NOT REVIEWED" and select "SAVE." You can return later to enter additional grades.

Additional information

Students who have withdrawn from a class

Grade rosters contain every student enrolled in the class, including those who have withdrawn (dropped after 30th day). Students who have withdrawn will have a W grade already posted on the grade roster.

Students who are auditing a class

  1. Select "AU” (for audit), using the drop-down menu.
