Adjustments and deadlines for tuition and fees

After the Drop Deadline you will not receive an adjustment in tuition if you withdraw from a course.

The withdrawn course will still be used to calculate fees. For example, if you enroll in 16 credit hours, withdraw after the fourth week from a 3-credit course and add a 3-credit course you are accountable for 19 hours and owe for the 1 hour over 18.

Full refunds of the additional per credit hour charges (for each credit over 18) are given if your credit load is reduced to 18 hours or fewer within the first 30 calendar days of the semester (by the Drop Deadline). Similarly, if you drop from 6 credits to 3 credits after the Drop Deadline you will not receive a refund for the 3 credits dropped.
