This grid is for 3-credit classes with no lab component. It does not include blocks other than 50 minutes 3 times a week or 75 minutes twice a week. Other configurations would still be allowed where needed following the scheduling principles. On Fridays, the MWF grid will be followed but there would be no Friday evening classes.

This template was developed based on 3-credit, lecture only classes.

For classes with different credit values (1, 2, 4, etc.), or classes that have lab
components, be certain to include enough contact time to meet the minimum academic requirements. Also, when scheduling these classes, adhere as closely as possible to the start times listed below. This will help us toward the most efficient use of classroom space.

Any deviation from this schedule must be approved by the academic director in consultation with the campus registrar and/or vice chancellor for academic affairs (some AMS classes excluded).
