Two Bdr Apartment Less Than a Mile from WSUV
Hello! I'm a current senior at WSUV and I live in a two bedroom apartment less than a mile from WSUV. My boyfriend and I just got a puppy and so we are looking to rent a house, but our lease is unfortunately not up until late October. So we are looking to sublease our place. It is a very spacious two bedroom apartment. One bedroom is a master and has a private bathroom and a very large walk in closet. The other bedroom is at the back of the apartment and has a hall bathroom right outside the door. The living room is large and opens up to a nice little balcony with a storage closet. there is a nice sized kitchen with an attached walk in pantry and laundry room with a modern washer and dryer. There is also an eating area and a two closets for any extra storage you may need. The complex is also gated and has two pools/spas and a fitness center. Again the apartment is less than a mile from campus, I tend to walk there most days in fact. The rent is $1430 a month. I already paid the security deposit on the place so the perk is you pay NO SECURITY DEPOSIT and there is likely a chance to get some of the refund if the place is kept in the condition we would be leaving it in, which I would forfeit as well. As far as the process, you would have to get in touch with me if you are interested and then apply through the complex. They perform the usual background check and have a certain amount of money they require. I can give more info as needed. Please get in touch with me if you are at all interested!CONTACT INFORMATION
Looking for a roomate
My name is Alyssa. I will be moving to the Vancouver area in September to attend nursing school at Clark College. I'm looking for someone to find a two bedroom apartment with. I'm a pretty laid back person who is easy to get along with. If I'm not busy studying I like to workout, go hiking, binge Netflix, or go out and explore the city. I love my alone time, but I would love to find a roomate that I can hang out with.
If any of this sounds good to you please text / email me with questions! :)
Room For A Great Young Man!!!
August 1st 2017 opening in nice upscale home.
Housing is super tough to find right now and especially if you are a young male. It’s either a roommate or it’s a room in a home for the stability and financial security. We just rent to guys 18-mid 20's non-smoking, full time school/work only and have for the last 3 years. Rent just feeds our travel fund. We are a very safe, quality, fun and inviting family. No sketchy people here. You will feel welcome and part of the family right away. We are blessed with a nice home large enough to provide a space. Upscale, very clean and large home/neighborhood in Vancouver's hot spot on the East side. We are about 20-25 minutes to Washington State University and Clark College and near all the stores and restaurants, tech and financial businesses. East Vancouver is the area you want to be in Vancouver. A nice furnished 10x12 private bedroom, closet, semi private bath and run of the house/yard. I'll get you our house pics and address so you can Google Earth the area. You'll need a car as we are not super close to bus service. Just picture chill, quite, upscale living but certainly not boring. Just 4 family members live here. Professional married couple, 13 year old sports/music son, 20 year old gamer, sports & WSUV Computer Science son and 2 very clean cats. We are pretty laid back, very fun, active open people. We are pretty involved in our local lacrosse programs, Portland Timbers soccer and our local community church youth and young adult groups. Eves and weekends are the times to go play in or out of the house if all the homework is done. I, the dad guy, work from my home office most weekdays. My wife works outside the home during the school year.
We just make it super easy. $650/month includes all utilities, central air, fast Wi-Fi, upstairs bedroom, full sized bed, linens, dresser, closet, laundry, maid service, yard service, driveway parking for 1 car and some storage space. No extra bills and no chores. Meals can be added at their cost if that works for you. Compare to an $800 room with the quality of home and area. Pitch in with cooking, help the dad guy with classic cars or volunteer somewhere if you want something to do.
It's all about safety, stability, budget and fitting in for all. At our home, we want you to relax, feel comfortable and be able to stay while you are in school or starting in your career. We’ve got your back! I’m always down for great conversations, board games, jet skis, classic cars, food, road trips, camping, hiking, and the gym.
Introvert, extrovert, 1st time move out, burned by a previous roommate or just saving up money are all welcome and all types I’ve hung out with and enjoy spending time with. If you are new to town, we'll introduce you to people your age and show you around. In fact, our last 2 guys are often back visiting and you would get to know them. Our home has always attracted many guys when the room comes available. What we offer is pretty unique. If you feel pretty good about us so far, get at me soon. I only have 1 room and I’d really enjoy a conversation with you!
PLEASE TEXT ME FIRST Jim @ 360 909-5626. Tell me that you are asking about the room as I use my cell for work too. We'll find a time to talk. If it seems like a good fit, we can maybe friend each other, invite you over or even Skype if you are out of town.CONTACT INFORMATION
Looking for Room
I am looking for a place to live for the upcoming fall semester. I am an incoming freshman at WSUV who will be studying full time pursuing my bachelor's in biology. I am quiet, clean, non-drinking, non-smoking, non-partying and while I do not demand the same of any potential roommates I do expect that they will be respectful of my space, my belongings, and most importantly my animals.
Ideally I would like to move in sometime around August 1st, and am flexible about a week in either direction.
A little about myself:
Last winter my girlfriend and I got engaged, though will probably not be getting married any time soon. She goes to Evergreen up in Olympia, so she will not be staying with us except for the odd long weekend.
I'll be studying biology, but my passion is herpetology (the study of reptiles and amphibians) and I currently have 17 animals: 6 iguanas, a Tegu, 3 agamas, 5 geckos, a snake, and a frog. I also breed 4 different species of discoid insect to feed them. I don't expect you to ever have to interact with any of my animals (unless of course you want to and I'm there to supervise) but I understand that many people are uncomfortable living with these kinds of creatures so if anything in that list raises a red flag than I'm afraid we might not be a good fit as roommates.
I'm pretty heavily introverted, so don't take it personally if I come across as a little awkward. I wouldn't mind having roommates that I'm close friends with but at the same time I'm perfectly fine with everyone just keeping to themselves and doing their own thing.CONTACT INFORMATION

Pullman Coug mom seeking Vancouver Coug roomie
One room with a walk in closet available in a single-family household. You would have exclusive access to your own bathroom and living room area, with shared kitchen, dining room, and laundry room space. Bedroom has a walk in closet and is across the hall from the laundry room. Our home has 2 living room areas and we never use the one that we would be reserving for you. The dining room is very rarely used and you'd be more than welcome to set up shop there for studying, etc. if you would like. You would have your own shelves in the walk in pantry as well as space in both the kitchen refrigerator and the one in the garage. We have 2 indoor/outdoor cats who are both incredibly friendly and would be more than happy to give you some love when you're cramming for that exam. We also have a miniature Goldendoodle who is more than excited to offer himself up for some cuddles but also knows when to leave you alone. We are a pretty quiet family and tend to spend most of our time in our bedrooms. Our oldest is a Coug in Pullman - so you may be able to snag a ride out to the east side of the state to catch a football game if we're headed that way. We have 3 kayaks that you're welcome to take out with your friends - we are about 3 minutes from the launch in Ridgefield. Your rent will include utilities (we have AC) and Xfinity internet. Text is the best way to get in touch with me - shoot me a text and lets chat about you being our roomie!CONTACT INFORMATION
