Hello! My name is Jason and I'm currently in the Master's in Teaching program at WSUV. I'm looking for a new place to stay while I finish my studies through Summer 2025. I'm seeking my own room and private bathroom (a sizable master bedroom) or as close to that as possible. I have a fair amount of stuff, so I need a lot of space. I'm allergic to cats, so as cool as they are, that would be a negative for me. Ideally, no other roommates are preferred, but I can make exceptions; M or F does not matter. I don't smoke cigarettes, but I'm 4/20 friendly and smoke outside, so if that's an issue, then it wouldn't work out.

If the price is slightly over my $1000 or below range, I can make exceptions if the place is cool. I can make a deposit upfront. I prefer month-to-month or three-month or less leases (I'm willing to negotiate again depending on the place/value).

I'm relatively quiet and usually prefer to keep to myself, but I'm also chatty and friendly, especially once people get to know me. I always pay rent on time, and I'm easy to communicate with. I prefer direct and open communication, no beating around the bush.
