How to update your contact information (email, mailing address, phone number, etc.):

  1. Log into your myWSU account.
  2. Select any "Homepage" option available in the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
  3. Select “Profile.”
    • For email and phone numbers, select “Contact Details.”
    • For home and mailing addresses, select "Addresses."
  4. Select the contact information to be changed.
  5. Update your information and select "Save."

How to set up your WSU email account:

  1. Go to office365.wsu.edu.
  2. Log in through the WSU sign-in page with your Network ID and password (same as myWSU login).
  3. On the Office 365 landing page, select the "Mail" icon link.
    • The first time you access this, it will ask you to set your time zone.
    • Your email address will be: YourNetworkID@wsu.edu

How to check what is needed to complete your application:

  1. Log into your myWSU account.
  2. Select "Applicant Homepage" from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
  3. Select “Admissions.”
  4. Select the "To Do List" tab to view incomplete items.
  5. Select each item to view additional information.

Submitted items such as transcripts and test scores may take up to three weeks to show they've been received.

How to find your WSU student ID number:

  1. Log into your myWSU account.
  2. Select any "Homepage" option available in the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
  3. Select “Profile.”
  4. Your WSU student ID number (nine digits) is displayed at the top of the page after "ID."

How to read/review the transfer equivalency guide:

  1. Visit the Transfer Credit home page.
  2. Select "Transfer Course Search Tool."
  3. Select “Browse Transfer Course Information,” if you know the WSU course you need to take.
  4. Select “Transfer Course Search,” if you know the transfer institution course and want to know the WSU equivalent.

How to read/review your transfer credit report:

  1. Log into your myWSU account.
  2. Select "Applicant Homepage" from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
  3. Select “Academic Advising.”
  4. Select “View Transfer Credit Report.”

Transfer Credit Reports are created after you confirm your offer of admission by accepting your offer of admission and paying the $200 confirmation deposit.
