WSU does not mail billing statements.

To view your account balance, log into myWSU. You may also request an account statement.

Payment options

There are four options for making a payment towards your student account:

1. Web: Submit an online payment

2. Mail to:

3. In person: At the cashier’s desk in the lobby of the Student Services Center.

4. Drop box: Outside the main entrance to the Student Services Center*

*Do not pay cash if using the U.S. Mail or the drop box outside the Student Services Center.

Late payment fees

Late payment fees are added to your student account if tuition is not paid by Academic Calendar deadlines.

Were you unable to make payment on time due to extenuating circumstances? Appeal your late payment fee.
