The Vancouver Academic Achievement Award is a $3,000-per-year scholarship* to WSU Vancouver.
Washington high school students who demonstrate academic excellence are eligible for the Vancouver Academic Achievement Award. A limited number of these awards go to qualified applicants who submit all admission documents by March 31.

The award requires the recipient to confirm their admission by May 1 and register as a full-time undergraduate student at WSU Vancouver for fall.
Eligibility criteria
- High school student
- Washington resident (for tuition-paying purposes)
- 3.8 high school GPA at time of admission (unweighted on a 4.0 scale)
- Application submitted by March 31
- Full-time enrollment
*Renewable up to three additional years. Eligible students will be notified. Renewal contingent upon maintaining a 3.2 WSU GPA and a full-time undergraduate enrollment of 12 credits or more and earn at least 24 graded credits per year (excluding summer). This award cannot be combined with other WSU Vancouver tuition discount programs.
