OSI Annual Events

There are regularly new events and opportunities for you to get engaged on and off campus. Many have become favorites and we're proud to coordinate these growing traditions. Make it a goal to participate in each of them before you graduate.

Held in August and January, these are the largest and most fun events of the year. Enjoy free Hawaiian BBQ, scale a rock wall, navigate an obstacle course and hang-out with fellow VanCougs!


Cougar Leadership Program

This Cougar Leadership Program is a partnership between the Office of Student Involvement and the Associated Students of Washington State University Vancouver. The OSI programming intern and the ASWSUV director of leadership development collaborate to develop and execute meaninful leadership programming. Several programs are planned throughout the year, including a leadership conference that is held in February.

Attending is a campus tradition! This fall and spring event brings together active student organizations, campus departments and other groups who offer opportunities for student involvement and employment.


Mt. Bachelor Ski Trip

The annual ski trip to Mt. Bachelor is traditionally scheduled the weekend after Presidents' weekend in February.


Student Leadership Recognition Program

This April event honors students who have exhibited excellence in leadership at WSU Vancouver.
