Make time for your priorities, including yourself and those important to you.
- Create and follow a weekly study routine by setting aside two or three hours for quality studying (on campus when possible) for every credit you are enrolled in per week.
- Pick up “Semester on a Page” document at the Engaged Learning and Career Action Center for Students (ELCA) and write down important dates and deadlines from your course syllabi and the academic calendar. Refer to it regularly.
- Use your student planner to organize and plan your priorities.
- Look into the Student Wellness Center and individual and group counseling options to discuss any concerns or challenges you are facing.
- Attend a workshop to learn more about how to manage stress.
- Exercise regularly at the fitness center or explore the many campus trails.
