Current student resources

Formerly referred to as the Quantitative Skills Center, Math and Science Skill Center tutors are available in math, statistics, chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, genetics, mechanical engineering and computer science. Here you can participate in exam study sessions or get extra practice, quiet study rooms, a physics lab and help with a concept, exercise, or lab.

The Student Wellness Center provides free, confidential counseling and basic health care services on campus.

The Writing Center exists to help you become a better writer in a cooperative learning environment. Consultants work with you first to identify globally effective and ineffective parts of a paper. Global feedback is followed by feedback on specific issues, such as sentence construction, citation style, formatting and grammar. You and your consultant will discuss action points to guide you in the important revision process.
